LG Smartwatch W315 spotted on South Korean certification website, hints imminent launch

It has been in News for sometime that LG is gearing up to unveil its new smartwatch. Now, the upcoming LG smartwatch, LM-W315 has been spotted on National Radio Research Agency’s certification portal in South Korea. This hints at imminent launch of the device.

As per several rumours in the past, the LG smartwatch W315 is expected to feature a 1.2-inch display with carousel navigation. Under the hood, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 2100 chipset could be fitted combined with 768MB RAM and 4GB of internal memory. The new LG smart wear would be IP68-rated for water resistance, too.

Connectivity-wise, the watch might lack cellular connectivity, GPS, and NFC. The upcoming LG smartwatch is anticipated to be priced at $300-$400.

Recently, LG smartwatch, codenamed W315 was spotted on FCC (Federal Communications Commission). Earlier, the company had launched smartwatches with the model numbers W270 and W280.
